  • 1 can salmon (lg.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. liquid from salmon
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Add in the egg and flour into the liquid removed can of salmon. Just before frying, stir the baking pwdr into the 1/4 cup salmon liquid and stir till frothy. Now add in to first mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot shortening. Turn once.
