Easy Chocolate Frosted Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter
  • 1 c. Vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Peanuts minced
  • 1 can Ready-to-spread Choc frostin
  • 1/4 c. Peanut butter
  • 1/4 c. Minced peanuts

Easy Chocolate Frosted Peanut Butter Cake

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 2 8 or possibly 9-inch round cake pans. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, vanilla pudding, 1/2 c. peanut butter, lowfat milk and Large eggs till moistened. Beat 2 min at highest speed. Mix in 1/2 c. of minced peanuts. Bake at 350 F. for 35 to 45 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cold cake in pans 5 min and remove to racks to cold. Blend the frosting with 1/4 c. of peanut butter.
  2. Frost the cake and sprinkle with the remaining minced peanuts.
