Easy Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce.) sweet condensed lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 Oreo cookies, crushed or possibly grasshopper mint cookies
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 (6 ounce.) mint chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients till smooth and creamy. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press in 13x9 buttered dish. Pour mix onto crust. Bake for 55 min at 300 degrees.
