Drew Carey's Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
Servings: 10
Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 x Large eggs, large
- 1/4 c. Coffee
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. Minced nuts Butter or possibly non-stick spray
Directions
- Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or possibly nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour mix into pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour.
- Serves 10-12 servings.
