  1. In large bowl pour warm water over the margarine. Stir in powdered lowfat milk, salt, and egg. Add in flour, 1/2 c. at a time. Knead for a few min to create stiff dough.
  2. Pat or possibly roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into bone shapes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min. Cold. They will dry out quite hard.
  3. Makes about 1 1/4 pounds of biscuits. Costs around 30 cents per lb..
