Malaysian Pork Stew by John SpottiswoodThis is a wonderfully flavored pork stew with warm flavors of curry, ginger and basil mixed with spicy cayenne pepper. If you're serving to kids, cut the cayenne back to 1/2 teaspoon and add more to the bowls of the adults. |

THAI KHAO TOM MOO by Linda Tay EspositoThailand's breakfast for champions. A comfort food, the soup makes a wonderful meal. Pochero by Lidy ConcepcionThis is a Filipino version of the Spanish Cocido. It's a little sweet, which makes it even tastier. Beef is usually used, but I sometimes substitute it with pork. Some pochero recipes include chorizos, but I personally don't like eating chorizo so I did not include it in my ingredients. I hope you like my version! |
