Upside-Down Tomato Chicken Pie with Sweet Potato Mash by Hungry JennyThis is 'upside-down' simply because I basically stuck sweet potato mash on the bottom, rather than making an actual sweet potato crust. Yummy yes, but I warn you that it's difficult to serve up as proper pie slices! |
