Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 c. frzn peas
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. 97% fat free ham
  • 3/4 c. Kraft(r) reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 x hard-boiled Large eggs minced
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 c. fat-free Ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  2. Add in to macaroni mix and toss to coat. Chill till ready to serve.
  3. Minced hard boiled egg can be added, or possibly just the whites if you're avoiding fat and cholesterol.
  4. Cuisine: "American"
  5. NOTES : This is good served both warm and cool.
