  • Raw Rice – 1 cup
  • Chickpeas – 1/4 cup, soaked
  • Soya Chunks (Meal Maker) – 8
  • Onion – 1, big
  • Chow Chow (Chayote) – 1 cup, peeled, grated
  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tblsp
  • Carrot – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Cashewnuts – 2 tblsp, broken
  • Bread Slices – 4, cut into small squares
  • Ghee – 3 tblsp
  • Oil – 4 tblsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • To Grind:
  • Tomato – 1
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
