Chocolate Covered Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1 quart Fresh strawberries
Directions
- Wash, cap & drain strawberries. In saucepan combine butter, syrup & water.
- Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add in chocolate & stir till smooth. Use toothpicks to dip strawberries into chocolate. Place on waxed paper & chill. If chocolate mix becomes too thick, place pan in larger pan of very warm water. If any chocolate is left over, try dipping banana slices or possibly fresh pineapple chunks into chocolate. (Delicious!)
