Chocolate Baked Beans With Mole Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Thinly-sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 c. Cooked Tocarnares chocolate beans
- 1 lrg Red bell pepper, roasted and minced
- 1 c. Mole Sauce, see * Note Steamed aromatic rice Minced cilantro Minced sweet red onions
Directions
- Saute/fry the onion and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft and lightly colored. Combine with beans, red pepper, and Mole Sauce and pour into a lightly-oiled baking dish and bake covered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. Serve with steamed aromatic rice and lots of freshly minced cilantro and sweet red onions. This
