Chinese Dinner Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp Shell & Devein
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 lb pork lean
  • 1/3 c. Scallions finely minced
  • 2 c. Mushroom Thinly sliced
  • 1 c. Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 7 ounce snow peas Partially Thawed

Chinese Dinner Stir Fry

Directions

  1. Preheat wok pot to 350 degrees and add in vegetable oil. Cut shrimp into halves lengthwise and rinse well.
  2. Stir fry grnd pork till lightly browned. Stir in the shrimp halves and scallions and stir-fry for 2 min. Stir in mushrooms. Blend chicken stock and soy sauce and pour into the unit. Turn heat up to 400 degrees, stiring constantly for 3 min.
  3. Add in snow pea pods, cooking till thawed but still crisp. Serve immediately.
  4. Serve with steamed white rice.
