Directions

  1. Cover and cook chicken in water till tender. Remove chicken and reserve 1 c. broth. Cut chicken in chunks and put in greased baking dish, 9 x 13 inches. Cover chicken with cooked, liquid removed broccoli. Mix together soup, broth, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry pwdr. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over all and dribble with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min or possibly till dish is bubbly warm.
