Broccoli Cashew Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, minced fine, top and tender stalks
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. cashew nuts
- 1 sm. onion, minced fine, or possibly 2 or possibly 3 minced green onions (optional)
Directions
- Blend together and add in salad ingredients. Toss to mix. Toss lightly; add in dressing and toss again lightly. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
