Bread Machine Challah Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
- Add in ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select Basic Bread and Light Crust settings. Start.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
