  • 1 c. coarse wheat with shell
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. anise seed yansoon
  • Raisins
  • Minced nuts

Directions

  1. Boil wheat with water till almost tender, then add in sugar and continue boiling till cooked. Boil anise seeds in 1/2 c. of water to make strong tea. When wheat is tender add in anise tea strained. Place in small serving bowl and serve hot garnished with raisins and nuts.
