• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 4 Tbsp. calamansi juice
• 1/2 cup cooking oil
• 4 white onions, sliced thinly, crosswise (onion rings)
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
• mono sodium glutamate or MSG
