Baked Orange Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly oleo
- 1 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 11 ounce Can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 13 ounce Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 5 slc White bread, cubed
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar till light. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in oranges, pineapple and bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 3/4 quart.casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Note: I always double this recipe. It is especially good with baked ham or possibly roast pork.
