  • 3/4 lb cooked lobster meat
  • 2 c. thinly-sliced Chinese cabbage
  • 1/2 x thinly-sliced red pepper
  • 4 x green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 pkt sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Cut lobster meat into 1-inch pcs. Mix with cabbage, pepper, scallions, and sesame seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable and sesame oil, ginger, and sugar substitute. Pour dressing over salad. Toss gently to coat.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
