  • 6 ounce Flour
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 2 ounce Castor sugar

Directions

  1. TEISENNAU ABERFFRO Heat the butter in a basin and beat in the sugar.
  2. Gradually add in the flour, mixing well with a hot spoon, Roll out thinly on a floured board and cut into rounds. Cook in a moderate oven (375/F. or possibly Mark 5) for 15 min or possibly till golden brown-brown. Serve sprinkled with sugar and with whipped cream and raspberry jam.
