Ingredients

  • 2 OUNCES WHITE CHOCOLATE (MELTED OVER LOW HEAT)
  • 1 (8 OUNCE) ORGANIC PKG. CREAM CHEESE SOFTEN
  • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE (BUTTER) SOFTENED
  • 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 4 - 5 CUPS ORGANIC POWDERED CONFECTIONERS SUGAR

WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING

Time: 15 minutes prep
Servings: 3 Cups
 

Directions

  1. 1. Take out of refrigerator to soften at room temperature, 1) Cream cheese 2) 1/2 Cup Earth Balance
  2. 2. Melt or soften White Chocolate over low heat.
  3. 3. Add softened cream cheese and Earth Balance butter to the melted white chocolate, mixing very well.
  4. 4. Add 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract.
  5. 5. Gradually beat in the Organic Powdered Sugar until mixture is fluffy.
