Ingredients
- 1.5 - 2 lbs chicken boneless and skinless (2-3 breasts)
- 2 14 oz fat free chicken broth
- 1 lb dry great northern beans, soaked in water overnight
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder

Time: 15 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook

Directions
- cook chicken in broth until done.
- remove chicken, reserve broth
- allow chicken to cool
- shred with fork, set aside
- drain soaking beans
- combine all ingredients
- bring to boil then reduce to simmer until beans are done or cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours in crockpot or until beans are tender.

- cayenne pepper if you like it hot
- low fat shredded cheddar cheese
- lot fat sour cream
- cilantro
- crushed tortilla chips
