Ingredients
- London broil, 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1-2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions
- Mix together and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap; chill. Turn several times for 24 hrs.
- Grill 8-10 min on the first side, 6-7 min on the second side.
- Cool 10 min before slicing diagonally.
