Virgin fresh Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2-3 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 4 large green olives for garnish
  • 8 pickled pearl onions for garnish

Virgin fresh Bloody Mary

Time: 10 minutes prep, 2 hours cook
Servings: 4 servings
 

Directions

  1. Puree tomatoes in a blender with lemon juice, horseradish to taste, Worcestershire, sugar, and pepper, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  2. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  3. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Spear olives and pearl onions on toothpicks to garnish the drinks.
