Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss onion soup
- 1 pound onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Water as directions on soup package
- 1/4 c. dry sherry

Victoria Station Onion Soup

Directions
- Saute/fry onions in butter. Don't brown. Add in soup, fold in water and sherry. Bring to boil. Simmer 20 min.
- Top with toasted bread and grated Jack cheese. Put under broiler till cheese melts and is slightly brown. This should be done in heat proof bowls.
