Tropical Fruit Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (11 oz.) tropical fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) cool whip

Tropical Fruit Cream

Time: 25 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 20
 

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, flour, vanilla extract, mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail and pineapple.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Topping: Spread cool whip over fruit layer.
  7. Decorate.
