Three Cheese Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound American cheese
  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 pound Monterey Jack
  • 16 ounce. box elbow macaroni
  • 4 c. condensed can lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Shred the American, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses in a bowl. Boil macaroni 7 min. Arrange cooked macaroni, cheese, salt and pepper in a 5 qt casserole dish. Beat Large eggs and pour into casserole dish. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Now pour lowfat milk and melted butter into casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 1 hour and 15 min. Makes up to 10-12 servings.
