  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 pkt Fresh 'n' Ready Thai Style Stir-fry
  • 1 x 285 g pack Tofu, cubed
  • 1 bot Fresh Black Bean sauce

Thai Tofu And Vegetable Stir Fry With Black Bean Sauce

Servings: 2
 

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly saucepan.
  2. Add in the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 min.
  3. Add in the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the sauce and stir-fry for a further minute.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. NOTES : Tofu and oriental vegetables in black bean sauce.
