Taco Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 pound grnd beef 3/4 c. minced onion 1 (15 ounce.) tomato sauce 1 can kidney beans, liquid removed 2 teaspoon chili pwdr 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper Bag of tortilla chips 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 head lettuce, coarsely sliced 2 med. tomatoes

Directions

1. Cook grnd beef and onions. Stir in tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili pwdr, salt, and pepper. Layer bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish with tortilla chips. Spoon meat mix proportionately over chips, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
