- 4 x Pork chops
- 1/2 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 x Tomato, cubed
- 1 c. Pineapple, cubed
- Sweet and sour sauce

Sweet And Sour Pork Chops

Directions
- Cook pork chops till well done. Saute/fry celery and pepper till tender but still somewhat crisp. Add in tomato and pineapple. Cook 1 minute. Place pork chops on platter. Cover with pineapple-vegetable mix. Pour sauce over ingredients. Serve with steamed rice.
