Ingredients

  • 16 Skinless Wings
  • Marinade:
  • 1 Stella Artois Beer
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water
  • Sriracha to Taste
  • Garnish:
  • Celery Chips
  • White Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. In the whisked marinade place thawed wings for 3 hours. Whisk all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a simmer, adding the cold water and cornstarch last. Add Sriracha to taste in teaspoon quantities.
  2. With grill at 350 degrees, grill wings on both sides until golden brown (typically 5 minutes on both sides). They are done when the internal temperature is at 160 degrees. Toss wings in sauce covering thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with celery sliced thin and diagonally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then open a cold Stella.
