Ingredients
- 16 Skinless Wings
- Marinade:
- 1 Stella Artois Beer
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- Teriyaki Sauce:
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Light Soy Sauce
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- Sriracha to Taste
- Garnish:
- Celery Chips
- White Sesame Seeds

Sriracha Spiced Grilled Teriyaki Wings
Directions
- In the whisked marinade place thawed wings for 3 hours. Whisk all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a simmer, adding the cold water and cornstarch last. Add Sriracha to taste in teaspoon quantities.
- With grill at 350 degrees, grill wings on both sides until golden brown (typically 5 minutes on both sides). They are done when the internal temperature is at 160 degrees. Toss wings in sauce covering thoroughly.
- Garnish with celery sliced thin and diagonally. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Then open a cold Stella.
