Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 7 oz onions, chopped
- 9 oz green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- pepper to taste
- 9 oz dry red wine
- 3 lbs canned tomatoes, diced
- 3 lbs tomato puree
- 4 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Spanish Meatball Sauce
Servings: 50
Directions
- Cook onions and pepper in oil until tender.
- Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and cover pans with foil.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour, or until meatballs are no longer pink.
