  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 c. Rye Flour
  • 3 c. Bread Flour
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. Caraway Seeds
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Barley Malt Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 lrg Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. Water
  •     Sourdough Rye Bread Starter

Directions

  1. Place in ABM machine in above order and push start.
