- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Sourdough Pizza Crust

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle dough lightly with flour and spread in pizza pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. Remove from oven and top as desired; bake till cheese melts.
