Ingredients
1 tomato
2 carrots
1/2 c beets
2 c spinach
1 cup frozen berries
1 apple
1 pear
1 nectarine
1 peach
3 T hemp protein powder
2 T ground flax
3 T almond butter
16 oz coconut water
a couple squirts honey
Directions
cut up fruits and veggies and put all ingredients into a blender, blend until juice like, may add more water if needed
