Ingredients

  • 8 piece turkey bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
  • 1 med potato, cut into small cubes
  • 1 c. Bird's Eye frzn Pepper Stir Fry
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 8 ounce egg substitute

Directions

  1. Place turkey bacon and potato in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 12 min or possibly till potatoes are fork tender, stirring frequently. Stir in vegetables and chili pwdr. Pour egg product proportionately over mix. Cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 min or possibly till mix is set. Cut into 4 wedges.
