Sirloin Tips

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pound sirloin tips, cut into thin strips
  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root
  • 1/3-1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Brown the strips in a large frying pan with garlic and oil over high heat. When browned, add in soy sauce, wine and ginger root. Cook 1-2 min. Add in brown sugar and cook 2-4 min till sauce is slightly thick. Turn often. Serve with rice.
