Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb, grnd
  • 3 x Onion, finely minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 lb Zucchini, small, cubed
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 2 tsp Parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. ,Water
  • 8 x Large eggs
  •     Tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Saute/fry lamb and onions in butter till meat is browned. Add in zucchini, pepper, parsley, salt, and water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till meat and vegetables are tender. Cold slightly. Beat Large eggs till frothy. Stir into cooked mix. Pour into a 1 quart. baking dish or possibly souffle dish and bake in a 375-deg. oven for 30 minutes. or possibly till set. Cut into squares and serve warm with tomato sauce. 6 servings.
