This halibut dish really shines if you saute the fish over high heat; crispy outside and juicy in.

We made this twice, once for a big party, and it was a hit. If I were more of caper fan, I'd probably give this 5 stars.

I dont know that it is fair for me to rate this. My local grocery store was out of halibut, so I ended up using flounder, everything else that the guy said was comparable to halibut was just too expensive. So I used flounder, it fell apart and I hated it. I ate it over pasta and added a lot of cheese, then I ended up coating it in an olive oil and vinegar salad dressing to mask the taste. So please let me know if it was just the fish that made it bad, and maybe I'll try it again when the store gets some halibut in.

I made this today and it was delicious! I loved the crispy ginger/garlic crust and the fresh cilantro at the end really brought it all together.

This looks really healthy and delicious, Mihir. We're going to try it this weekend! If it isn't to cold outside that is. It's not supposed to be is it?
