Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lb halibut - cut into 4-6 filets
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Sauted Cilantro Halibut
Time: 10 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook
Servings: 4
Directions
- Saute garlic and ginger in oil over medium heat
- Increase heat to high and add halibut filets
- Cook each side for 1-2minutes
- Add brown sugar, lemon juice, wine and soy sauce and bring to a boil
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and add capers and cilantro
