I don't actually cook very often--my husband does most of the cooking (lucky me!). And sometimes I get joy out of just reading recipes. I don't often actually feel compelled to go into the kitchen and make the food. But when I do hit the kitchen, watch out: I will plan the meal for a day or more, and use nearly every pot, pan and bowl in there.
I'll post some of my favorite dishes that friends and family have enjoyed over the years, and some new ones I've tried as I change my diet to be more healthy. I firmly believe that food can be healthy AND delicious AND beautiful to behold!
