Ingredients

  • 1 can cooked salmon, deboned
  • 1/4 small onion, diced
  • 2 pinches terragon
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 Club crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. remove bones from salmon. add other ingredients, mix well. shape into small patties and fry in nonstick pan.
