1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (2 1/4 Tablespoons)
1/4 tsp sugar (1/3 t)
1/4 tsp salt (1/3 t)
1 c. rye flour ( 1 1/2 C)
1 c. bread flour (1 1/2 C)
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast (1 1/2 t)
Directions
A subtly different flavored loaf with a great texture. Slices well for sandwiches.
