Ingredients
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. rum

Rum Walnut Cake
Servings: 8
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except nuts) beating on medium speed for 2 min.
- Using an 8 inch springform pan, grease and flour and sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Pour batter over nuts. Bake 325 for 1 hour. Cold and invert. Prick top with pick and spoon glaze over top. Decorate with whipped cream.
