Ingredients

  •     Ramps, cut fine
  •     Salt, to taste
  •     Ham Pcs
  •     Vinegar
  •     Hard-Boiled Large eggs, sliced

Directions

  1. Cook West Virginia mountain ramps till tender, but don't parboil. Season with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar. Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked Large eggs.
  2. Serve hot as a salad.
