Ramps, cut fine
Salt, to taste
Ham Pcs
Vinegar
Hard-Boiled Large eggs, sliced
Directions
Cook West Virginia mountain ramps till tender, but don't parboil. Season with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar. Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked Large eggs.
Serve hot as a salad.
