Ingredients
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame seed, toasted
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- (1 lb) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 cups cut-up vegetables for stir-fry
- 1 tbsp honey
- Hot Cooked Brown Rice, optional

Quick Beef Stir-Fry
Time: 20 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook

Directions
- Mix orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl. Reserve 1/2. Place the beef in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over high heat. Remove beef from marinade. Add beef to skillet; stir-fry 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Add in the vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
- Mix reserved marinade with honey and cornstarch until smooth. Stir into skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Return beef to skillet. Cook until heated through. Serve over hot cooked brown rice to make it a meal, if desired. Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.
