Ingredients

  • Potato, [boiled with skin and cleaned] 2 kg
  • Garlic, [minced finely] 50 grams
  • Lemon juice 150 ml
  • White pepper 20 grams
  • Salt Taste
  • Olive oil 300 ml
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Method:
  2. Blend potato nicely with farlic and lemon—white pepper and salt.
  3. Add 200 ml of olive oil. Fold together. Adjust seasoning.
  4. Garnish with coriander and olive oil.
