Popeye's Surprise

Ingredients

1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts

2 boxes spinach, well liquid removed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, finely minced

Directions

Mix all together. Let set overnight. Serve with pumpernickel or possibly rye bread.
