Poached Egg on Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 thick slice of your favorite bread
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 thick slices of tomatoes
  • 4 asparagus spears, ends removed (optional)
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Butter (optional)

Poached Egg on Bread

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. Toast the bread with a little brush of butter while poaching the eggs.
  2. Place the toast it on the plate.
  3. Put the sliced tomatoes on the bread, then the bacon and asparagus. (optional)
  4. Top it with the poached egg.
  5. Drizzle with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve .
