Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. flour

Peanut Butter Finger Cookies

Directions
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Add in vanilla, peanut butter, sift flour, soda, salt, add in to mix. Add in oats, blend well. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
